On Monday 17.02. 2025, we kicked off British Week with an event called ‘Explore the UK – A Map Journey.’ The children worked in teams and created perfect projects.
Jess’s Manx Adventure: On Tuesday, Jess told us about life in Britain and on the Isle of Man. He showed us his naval uniforms and the equipment of a British police officer. And do you know on the Isle of Man there are no foxes, snakes, or squirrels?
MEET THE ROYALS! On Wednesday we introduced the royal family, browsed through an original newspaper from 1953 when Queen Elizabeth II was crowned (newspaper from Jess’s mom 
), searched for English monarchs on old and new coins, created royal crowns, and finally tested our knowledge with a Kahoot quiz. It was a great day, the kids were amazing!
. In the morning, we had a typical English breakfast. Then we visited The Ritz hotel in London for Afternoon Tea with cakes and sandwiches. This was our day, which we called ‘Taste of Britain!’
